Online Coverage: I will enter Your Property into The South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (a very powerful tool that promotes your property to all the Brokers & Agents in the 21 counties of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin) and into my Premium Broker Accounts with national services including: Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia. I will also promote your listing on other appropriate online services including YouTube, Craigslist, Homes and Land, etc… and my IDX Search enhanced website, Wisconsin.Properties.

Promote, Network, Remind: I will market your property directly to the most active brokers and agents in the Market Area making sure they know about the availability of your property, it’s features, and will notify them of any scheduled open houses well in advance.

Photography, Slideshows & Video: I will take quality photographs for use in print and internet marketing as well as developing a custom slideshow and or video for use on YouTube.com & Facebook and other websites as needed.

Custom Designed Professional Brochures: I will have a custom brochure designed and printed for your property. This brochure will include all critical data necessary to properly display your property, such as: pictures, maps, floor plans, home specs.

Create a Promotional Mailing: to the other owners in the surrounding area properties or neighborhood, to generate interest and word of mouth awareness of the availability, and Features, Advantages, and Benefits of your property.

Signage: I use custom designed signs that are made to stand out and catch the eye of people who are driving and walking by your property.

I Sell My Listings First: I will always show a prospective buyer any of my listings that fit their needs first. This means that if I feel your home is a fit for them I will make sure they see it
